Atlas Bay

Atlas Bay – teenagers Isaac, Callum & Joe from Cheshire who have been performing together for two years, Their style is 70’s West Coast Pop rock with hints of Indie folk, Americana and Country & Western – with an emphasis on well crafted songs & recording that are memorable, simplistic and yet simultaneously widely panoramic.

In this short time, they have made a big impact – supported ‘Sound of the Sirens’ as part of the Leek Arts Festival played the main stages at both Middlewich Folk and Boat Festival, Chester Live and Rustic Festival – invited to play the Wigwam Stage at Carfest North 2017 and the Viola Beach Introducing Stage at Rivfest17, watched by a capacity crowd. They were part of the Music for Youth National Festival in 2016 and were later invited to the Music for Youth School Proms in 2017 where they raised the roof in front of 3,000 students.
Highlight has to be when they were presented with a handmade (especially for them) tenor banjo by Billy Bragg, on behalf of the River Reeves Foundation and in the words of Janice Long, who introduced them at Liverpool’s Folk on the Dock festival “the future of British music is safe as long as we have bands like Off the Grid!” (Atlas Bay)
