LATE NIGHT LEGACY Biography
This young, charismatic funk rock band based in Leeds joined forces in late 2015 with a mutual love for creating and playing original uplifting music comprising of Ryan Kitto (vocals), Rob Orange (guitar), Kyle Metcalf (Bass) and Josh Stayman (Drums).
Their sound, although heavily rooted in rock, extends far beyond to utilise a variety of styles ranging from reggae to funk, blues to soul, drum and bass to Latin infused grooves. Their music invokes the power, vivacity and rawness of such bands as the Red Hot Chilli Peppers and The Black Keys mixed with the song writing prowess of Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder. They have the look, drive, determination, and work ethic together with high professional musicality. Their jaw-dropping high energy and explosive live performances have earned major competition success and a remarkable catalogue of festival gigs just months after the band formed.
